still cannot update my info on listing

Hi there Janet. I tried again to update my last name to read "Rainsong" instead of Glickman and it just isn't working. I went to the edit tab, made the changes, and hit the submit button. And when I went back to the view tab, it was not changed. I even tried refreshing my browser. No luck. It said I had to join a group. So I created a group for the circle, and tried again. Still no luck. Maybe you can help.
