What age range are FireFlies?
FireFlies generally range from ages 3 to 8 (usually through the 3rd grade).
What age range are SpiralScouts?
SpiralScouts generally range from ages 9 to 13 (from 4th through 7th grades, or from 4th grade until the child’s 13th birthday, depending on the Circle).
What age range are PathFinders?
PathFinders are generally aged 13 though 18 years.
The age ranges are too wide—why aren't there more levels?
Three levels is manageable for most Circles, and gives enough children at each level to make separate meetings possible for many Circles. Some Circles break FireFlies up into 2 groups: one for ages 3 through 5, and one for ages 6 through 8.
